Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an experienced AVP Finance & Accounts to lead the Finance & Accounts function for its real estate projects. You will drive financial planning, accounting operations, project finance, treasury, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and financial reporting while mentoring a high-performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on expertise in real estate finance and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
• Proficient with GST, TDS, Income Tax, IND-AS, and RERA Compliance & Statutory Audits.
• Hands-on project accounting, cost control, treasury and working capital management.
• ERP experience with SAP/Oracle/Tally and advanced MS Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
