Numoohr, located in Noida (Sector 132), is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join its growing Real Estate team. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience with Tally, GST, taxation, and financial documentation.

You will manage daily accounting, GST compliance, and financial reporting while coordinating with auditors and banks. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end accounting activities with strong MS Excel skills.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and GST compliance.
• Strong understanding of taxation and financial documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Manage purchases, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and proper maintenance of financial documents.
• Support management with financial data, MIS reports, and other accounting requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Professional to join our growing Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST, taxation, accounting, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain and update accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Handle GST-related compliances, including GST returns, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Manage purchases, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and proper maintenance of financial documents.
• Support management with financial data, MIS reports, and other accounting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all accounting operations.
