Saya Homes Pvt. Ltd. seeks an accomplished CFO with CA qualification and 25+ years of experience in the real estate sector to lead Finance & Accounts, taxation, treasury, and financial strategy.

The role focuses on strategic financial leadership, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and fundraising. You will liaison with banks, investors, and regulators to drive growth and ensure robust financial controls.

• CA with extensive experience in real estate finance, taxation, and financial strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Finance & Accounts function with strategic financial leadership.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund management.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support growth and decision-making.
• Oversee project finance, funding, banking relationships, and financial structuring.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, RERA, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and statutory audits and ensure strong financial controls.
• Drive cost optimisation, risk management, and process improvement.
• Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, consultants, and regulators.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and Senior Management.
• Support business expansion, acquisitions, investments, and restructuring.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CFO with strong expertise in the Real Estate sector, capable of leading the organisation's complete finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, and financial strategy functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial leadership.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund management.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
• Oversee project finance, funding, banking relationships, and financial structuring.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal and statutory audits and ensure strong financial controls.
• Drive cost optimisation, risk management, and process improvement.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, investors, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and Senior Management.
• Support business expansion, acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructuring.

Only candidates with Real Estate industry experience will be preferred.

Minimum 25+ years of relevant experience required.
