As part of our TA team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for support roles and play a key part in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates should be well aware of the infra, design, and EPC company hiring structure.
• Candidates should be aware that the BIDs are hiring and should submit their CVs within the specified timeline.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for support/operational roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Leverage job portals, referrals & social media for hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Handle reference checks & background verification support.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
