Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; UG: Any Graduate.
• Proven experience in retail store management, footwear preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, KPIs, shrinkage control and inventory management.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our footwear store. In this role, you will be fully accountable for driving sales, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to mentor store staff, manage inventory effectively, and maintain the high visual merchandising standards of the Skechers brand.

Role & responsibilities

• Operational & Financial Oversight: Directs daily end-to-end store activities, controls operational costs, manages petty cash, and implements strict shrinkage and loss prevention controls.
• Sales & KPI Driving: Accountable for meeting performance metrics and revenue targets through daily, weekly, and monthly data tracking and sales reporting. [1]
• Team Leadership & Development: Oversees staffing needs (recruiting, training, coaching), schedules personnel, resolves internal grievances, and facilitates continuous staff learning. [1]
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitors stock levels, coordinates regular replenishments, manages customer data entry at the POS, and handles defective merchandise and returns.
• Customer Experience & Merchandising: Optimizes store presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines while maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Education: Graduate in any stream (UG: Any Graduate).
• Experience: Proven experience in retail store management, specifically within the footwear industry.
• Core Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, retail KPIs, shrinkage control, and inventory management.
