Job summary

Decorpot in Ranchi is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for furniture sales and store operations. You will lead a sales team, manage showroom activities, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive growth through key relationships with architects and designers.

The role requires 5–7 years in furniture/retail and 1–3 years in leadership, with strong negotiation, CRM, and Excel skills. MBA is an added advantage; growth to regional leadership is possible.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in furniture, interiors, retail, or showroom sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or showroom management role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, team management, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
• Graduation or Postgraduation; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
