Job summary

GoodSpace AI is seeking a driven Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – HVAC Sales to accelerate market growth in North India. You’ll represent Belimo and Daikin, building technical and commercial proposals for premier projects.

You will develop relationships with MEP consultants and contractors, drive revenue, manage DSOs, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts while ensuring high client satisfaction through expert solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in B2B technical sales within HVAC, MEP, or Energy Solutions.
• Bachelor-level or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in spec-in with consultants and deal closure with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and meet targets for Belimo and Daikin in North India.
• Engage with top MEP consultants to secure project specs.
• Negotiate and close commercial deals with contractors and end-users.
• Manage DSOs, monitor competitors, and forecast revenue.

We’re looking for a driven sales professional with 6–10 years of experience to drive market growth for premier HVAC brands like Belimo (Swiss) & Daikin (Japan) across North India.

• Role: Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – HVAC Sales
• Location: Delhi NCR / North Zone (Hybrid + Field Client Visits)
• Brands You'll Represent: Belimo, Daikin (FCU / Cassette / High Wall) & partner brands (ABB, Armstrong, BAC, Howden, Prihoda)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Drive Revenue & Targets: Achieve bottom-line sales targets for Belimo and Daikin product ranges across North India.
• Consultant Engagement (\"Spec-In\"): Build strong ties with top MEP Consultants to ensure product specifications are included in key project designs.
• Deal Closure: Collaborate with MEP Contractors, General Contractors, and End-Users to negotiate and close commercial deals.
• Financial & Market Management: Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), monitor competitor activities, and deliver strategic revenue forecasts.
• Client Advisory: Provide tailored technical solution presentations and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Experience: 6–10 years in B2B technical sales within HVAC, MEP, or Energy Solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of HVAC applications, FCU, Cassette, High Wall units, and control valves/actuators.
• Network: Strong existing relationships with MEP consultants and contractors across the North Zone.
• Skills: Commercial negotiation, consultative selling, and end-to-end deal cycle management.
• Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields preferred.
