Job summary

Topgear Consultants India is seeking a senior HVAC sales professional with 10-18 years of experience, including 5+ years in Chiller/Heat Pump sales. You will develop and execute sales strategy for chillers and heat pumps, pursue large high-value projects, and lead commercial negotiations.

You will mentor the HVAC sales team, coordinate with engineering, projects and logistics for execution, review techno-commercial proposals, and monitor market trends. Extensive travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 10-18 years overall experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in Chiller/Heat Pump sales

• Achieve sales targets, revenue budgets and market-share goals.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, end customers and key accounts.
• Generate new business and convert large/high-value HVAC projects.
• Handle technical presentations, solution selling and system integration discussions.
• Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals, tenders and quotations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and customer requirements.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Lead, mentor and develop the HVAC sales team.
• Coordinate with engineering, projects, logistics and internal teams for execution.
• Extensive travel will be required.
