Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX,is seeking a Restaurant Manager to efficiently run the Japanese outlet as a profitable unit within the hotel. You will ensure brand-standard operations, maintain guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and drive financial success for the outlet.

The role requires a relevant hospitality qualification and at least 2 years as an Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with strong service standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
