Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an experienced hotel outlet manager or assistant manager to oversee operations in line with Hyatt International's brand standards. You will ensure efficient running of the department, meet guest, employee and owner expectations, and lead a team to deliver high service quality.

The role requires a relevant degree or diploma in hospitality and a minimum of two years' experience in a hotel or large restaurant with strong standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
