Job summary

VILLA SHANTI in Puducherry, India, seeks a hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to oversee FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth daily service. You will recruit and train staff, manage reservations, greet guests and handle guest relations, while monitoring costs and inventory.

This role requires adherence to safety regulations and a commitment to quality service. This is a full-time in-person position with a flexible schedule and benefits including provident fund and meals.

• Operations: Supervise front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) workflows, open and close the venue, and manage reservation systems.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees, while resolving conflicts and coaching team members.
• Customer Service: Greet guests, build relationships with regular patrons, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
• Finances & Inventory: Track daily sales, control labor and food costs, manage inventory levels, and order supplies from vendors.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce local health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
