Job summary

Wow Momo Foods is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager in Hubbali to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and drive sales targets. You will lead a team, ensure service excellence, manage food quality and hygiene, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff during peak hours.

The role requires 2–4 years in QSR/restaurant settings, a relevant hotel management qualification, and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality operations.
• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ensure smooth execution of opening, closing, and shift operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant team members to achieve targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene and safety.
• Monitor sales, wastage, inventory and food cost as per guidelines.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS operations.
• Manage staff attendance, shift allocation and manpower deployment.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and resolve them.
• Conduct regular checks on food safety, cleanliness, equipment and standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for peak hours.
• Maintain operational records, reports and checklists.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
