Varmora Granito in Hyderabad, Telangana, seeks an Assistant Regional Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, build dealer and distributor networks, and drive growth across projects in tiles, ceramic, and building materials.

You will manage key clients, coordinate with architects and builders, motivate the regional team, and achieve sales targets while expanding our presence in Hyderabad and adjacent territories.

Competenze

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Tiles, Ceramic or Building Materials industries.
• Strong experience in project sales and architect handling.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Proven experience in team handling and regional sales development.
• Good market knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding territories.
