Job summary

Crl Interior And Fit Out is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead interior fit-out initiatives from planning to handover in Bengaluru. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and trades, ensuring projects meet drawings, specifications, and timelines while maintaining quality and safety.

The role requires extensive experience with MEP integration, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
• 58 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects with strong exposure to MEP works.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with an eye for detail and quality.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of local building regulations, authority approvals, and safety standards.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience in luxury commercial, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning and design coordination through execution and handover.
• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review and ensure MEP systems are properly integrated into interior works, without affecting design or functionality.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports; monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any technical or execution-related issues on-site
• Lead site meetings and inspections; enforce quality control and health & safety compliance.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs in coordination with consultants and design teams.
• Ensure all documentation, including contracts, variations, and handover reports, is properly maintained.

Preferred candidate profile
