• We are hiring a Assistant Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Construction Projects.
• The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, project planning, monitoring, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Hands-on experience in Civil, Structural, Finishing, and MEP works is mandatory.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Monitor quality, safety, progress, resource utilization, and statutory compliance at site.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, cost control, billing, and contractor management is required.
