• 14+ years of experience in execution of MEP works for industrial projects.
• Experience in drawing reviews and coordination of all MEP services.
• Proven track record in site execution and alignment with Civil work progress.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP drawings and coordination with Civil drawings.
• Coordinate with Contractor for smooth site execution.
• Ensure quality control and QA for all works.
• Support billing through regular measurement and certification.

About the Role:

• Review the MEP / Electrical drawings are aligned as per the Project Requirements.
• Coordinate with Contractor for smoot execution of works.
• Coordinate with Civil activities for proper execution and sequencing of works at site.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control is maintained for all the works..

General Responsibilities

• Review all the MEP related drawings with respect to the Civil drawings.
• Review and coordinate that the material supplied at site is as per BOQ specs and quantities.
• Review and coordinate that the work execution at site is as per approved drawings and as per approval quality parameters.
• Ensure regular measurement of the completed work has to be done for ease of billing purpose.
• Check and Certify the measurement for the executed works

About You

• 14+ years’ experience in Execution of MEP works for Industrial Project.
• Experience in drawing reviews and coordination of all MEP Services.
• Proven track record in site execution and alignment of works with respect to Civil Work progress at site.
