Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (MEP) to support end-to-end MEP project delivery in Gurgaon. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients, review drawings, monitor quality, budget and progress, and ensure safety compliance across large commercial and residential schemes.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical engineering degree with 10–14 years in MEP project management, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 10–14 years of experience in MEP project management, construction, fit-outs, or building services.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience in managing contractors and multiple stakeholders on large projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera for project delivery.
