Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking an experienced Manager - MEP to lead end-to-end MEP activities on large base build projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality.

You will coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works, drive planning and scheduling, manage stakeholders across clients, consultants, and contractors, and maintain strong governance of documentation and risk management to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably with IPC/PMC organizations.
• Proven experience managing base build projects involving Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, documentation control, stakeholder management, and project communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP works across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting for base build projects.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate to meet drawings, BOQs, specs, and client needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Govern project documentation, reporting, audits, and records management throughout lifecycle.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to deliver zero escalations and strong client experience.

About the Role:
