Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Maharashtra, India to oversee electrical works and MEP coordination for commercial and industrial projects. You will review drawings, coordinate with contractors, and ensure site execution aligns with Civil progress and approved quality standards.

The role requires robust on-site experience, strong coordination skills, and a focus on precise measurement and billing documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in execution of electrical works for commercial and industrial projects.
• Experience in drawing reviews and coordination of all MEP services.
• Proven track record in site execution and alignment with Civil Work progress at site.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP / Electrical drawings aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Contractor for smooth execution of works.
• Coordinate with Civil activities for proper sequencing of works at site.
• Maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control for all works.
• Review all MEP / Electrical drawings with respect to Civil drawings.
• Review and coordinate that material at site meets BOQ specs and quantities.
• Ensure work execution at site per approved drawings and quality parameters.
• Ensure regular measurement of completed work for billing.

This role is responsible for reviewing and coordinating all the Mechanical activities with Civil Activities and ensuring smooth execution. Also review of drawings, Site Execution and Quality Assurance and Quality Control is part of this profile.

About the Role:

• Review the MEP / Electrical drawings are aligned as per the Project Requirements.
• Coordinate with Contractor for smoot execution of works.
• Coordinate with Civil activities for proper execution and sequencing of works at site.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control is maintained for all the works..
• Review all the MEP / Electrical related drawings with respect to the Civil drawings.
• Review and coordinate that the material supplied at site is as per BOQ specs and quantities.
• Review and coordinate that the work execution at site is as per approved drawings and as per approval quality parameters.
• Ensure regular measurement of the completed work has to be done for ease of billing purpose.
• Check and Certify the measurement for the executed works

About You:

• 8+ years’ experience in Execution of Electrical works for Commercial and Industrial Project.
• Experience in drawing reviews and coordination of all MEP Services.
• Proven track record in site execution and alignment of works with respect to Civil Work progress at site.
