Job summary

Nasscom is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support member engagement and growth across GCCs and other key member organizations. The role focuses on deepening relationships, coordinating AI-related programs, and ensuring members derive value from Nasscom’s AI platforms and ecosystem initiatives.

You will work with internal teams across events, research, policy, marketing, startups, and communities; manage timelines, meetings, and action items; and maintain dashboards to track

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, program management, partnerships, consulting, or ecosystem roles.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in India’s technology ecosystem, GCCs, enterprise technology, AI, digital transformation, and innovation.
• This role will be on a Vendor Consultant Contract

Responsibilities

• Support engagement with key accounts and GCC member organizations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with member stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase member participation in Nasscom’s AI programs, events, roundtables, research, developer, and policy initiatives.
• Coordinate member-facing programs, meetings, workshops, leadership interactions, and curated forums.
• Manage timelines, communication, follow-ups, documentation, and action items.
• Work with internal teams across sectors, events, research, policy, marketing, startups, and communities.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards for member engagement, participation, and account updates.
• Capture member feedback and support internal reviews and engagement planning.

Role OverviewNasscom is looking for an Assistant Program Manager to support member engagement and growth across member organizations: GCCs and other key members.The role will focus on deepening relationships with existing and prospective members, supporting structured engagement plans related to AI, coordinating member-facing AI-programs, and ensuring that member organizations derive strong value from Nasscom’s AI platforms, initiatives, and ecosystem interventions.This is a member engagement and growth role that requires strong relationship-building, program management, stakeholder coordination, and execution discipline.

• Support engagement with key accounts and GCC member organizations.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/member databases, and basic reporting.
• This role will be on a Vendor Consultant Contract

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to GCCs, enterprise technology companies, industry bodies, consulting firms, startup ecosystems, or B2B engagement roles.
• Experience supporting events, roundtables, workshops, leadership forums, or member programs.
