Job summary

KSB Company is seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst to collect, validate and analyze product, material, manufacturing and logistics data, and conduct LCAs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain sustainability data in PLM and ERP systems, and collaborate with Product Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to embed sustainability across the lifecycle.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential; familiarity with PLM and SAP material master is a plus and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or environmental engineering with 4–6 years experience or Diploma with 8–10 years.
• Experience in OEM industry preferred (pumps, valves).
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis; familiarity with PLM and SAP material master.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyse product, material, manufacturing and logistics data.

• Ensure compliance with European and global material, chemical & electrical regulations through periodic checks.

• Support the implementation of international sustainability guidelines in KSB product development processes and sales channels till end of product life cycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Raise awareness of sustainability issues and ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical / environmental & sustainability Engineering with 4-6 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical / environmental engineering with 8-10 years of experience.

Technical Competencies

• Initial professional experience in OEM industry (pumps, valves preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with PLM, SAP material master module.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies & environmental regulations is plus.
• Genuine interest in product sustainability and compliance topics.
