Job summary

JobItUs in Delhi invites an Assistant Product Manager & Business Development to support the sales team with product technicalities and customization, and to develop new applications in target market segments.

The role requires working with R&D to finalize specifications, launching new products, and covering PAN India markets for Schaltbau products across EVs, renewables and industrial segments; frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5–6 years of automotive EV experience.
• Experience in power electronics, switchgear, connectors and related product range.
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects such as product costs, tenders and liquidity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team in terms of product technicalities and customization.
• Develop new applications in target market segments with Sales team.
• Analyse competition.
• Develop product roadmap for SB product groups.
• Work closely with R&D to finalize specifications of target products.
• Launch new products in the market.

3 Application markets : Electric Vehicles (2W,3W,4W,Bus,Truck etc), Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind), Material Handling, Energy storage, Industrial segment

4 Responsibility :

• To support Sales team in terms of product technicalities and customization.
• To develop new applications in target market segments along with Sales team.
• To analyse competition.
• To develop product roadmap for various product groups of SB.
• To work closely with R&D team for finalizing the specification of Target Products.
• To launch new products in the market.

7 Experience : At least 5 -6 years of : With B. Tech ( Electrical )

• - must experience in Automobile Industry- EV's.
• - knowledge of power electronics, switchgear, connectors & connectors product range.
• - knowledge of commercial aspects such as product costs, life cycle costs, Tenders Commercial aspect, Liquidity etc.

8 Skill requirement :

• Strong understanding of Switchgear products & connectors is a must.
• Strong understanding of Power Electronics & other components for EV segment.
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects.
• Strong inter-personal skills & Communication skills.

9 Additional requirment: The candidate should be willing to travel frequently in assigned regions.

The candidate should not be frequent job changer and should be willing to stay with the company for long.
