Job summary

Euler Motors is seeking an experienced engineer to design and validate LV/HV traction inverters and motor controllers for EV platforms. You will work on power stages, MOSFET/IGBT controls, and current sensing, developing PMSM/BLDC control loops using FOC.

You will simulate, bring-up hardware, and perform rigorous testing (EMI/EMC, thermal, performance) while collaborating with cross-functional teams across development, testing, manufacturing and vehicle integration.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in power electronics and inverter design.
• Hands-on experience with traction inverter and motor controller.
• Knowledge of PMSM/BLDC, FOC, SVPWM and motor-control loops.
• Experience with MOSFET/IGBT, gate drivers, DC-Link and current sensing.
• Exposure to CAN, Embedded C and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience in hardware testing, validation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LV/HV traction inverters and motor controllers.

• Conduct DVP, functional, performance, thermal and reliability testing of inverter systems.
• Work on EMI/EMC, switching waveforms, efficiency and thermal validation.
• Develop/control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded C.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development, testing, manufacturing and vehicle integration.
• Support root-cause analysis and resolution of field/design issues.
• Must have worked on 2WH/3WH/4WH in EV or electronic Vehicles of LCV/HCV/PV.
