Key Responsibilities
- Product Owner responsible for product features from concept to End-of-life.
- Roadmap visualization and bringing innovative solutions and tasks for the team.
- Work with development team to ensure they understand the vision and are motivated to deliver innovative solutions with appropriate sense of urgency.
- Work with architects, product managers, and development teams to ensure business, quality, and functional goals are met on time.
- Understand engineering and business sides of product development and represent end user’s needs.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories to maximize business value.
- Collaborate with product architect(s) and product managers to translate business requirements into user stories.
- Work with scrum master and technical leads to estimate user stories, decompose them into tasks, and determine scope and priorities for sprints.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally.
Business Management & Market Intelligence
- Align with countries in Europe Hub to boost and drive Busway offers; requires knowledge of IEC standards and Busway construction and functional aspects.
- Align with league marketing to build Conventional Busway roadmap.
- Prepare detailed product analysis of competition products.
- Develop business cases with detailed market and competition data.
- Work closely with productivity team for QVE.
- Understand R&D, industrialization functions for smooth project execution.
- Identify and share product gaps and improvement inputs with the team.
Pre-requisites for the role
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering in any relevant field); MBA preferred.
- Strong market and product knowledge of Low Voltage Busways/Equipment/Systems portfolio.
- 8–10 years of experience in LV distribution portfolio and product development.
- Good knowledge of competition products and LV application expertise.
Nice to have criteria
- Experience as Product Owner/Manager or in a business role such as marketing, BD, key accounts, sales.
- Experience in R&D or Agile product development.
- Previous experience with competitors such as Siemens, ABB, or Eaton.
