Role Description

The Assistant Operator is a full-time, on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Rajkot. This role supports the operation of diaper production machinery, including setting up equipment, monitoring production lines, and assisting with routine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency. The Assistant Operator helps conduct basic inspections, reports equipment issues, and collaborates with senior operators and technicians to ensure smooth, continuous production.

Daily tasks include handling raw materials, maintaining cleanliness around workstations, following safety and hygiene protocols, and completing production logs as required. The role also involves working in shifts as needed and supporting the team in meeting production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess basic technical and mechanical skills, including the ability to understand machine operations and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and quality control skills, with the ability to perform visual inspections and maintain consistent product standards.

  • Ability to work standing for extended periods, manage repetitive tasks safely, and be available for rotational shifts as required.
