The role requires Diploma/ITI/Graduate qualifications with 0–2 years experience and the ability to read English batch records. Rotational shifts, including night shifts, are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

  • Basic English communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and perform basic maths.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per SOPs and work instructions.
  • Follow safety policies, GMP and GDP practices.
  • Maintain cleanroom/dry room standards and housekeeping.
  • Complete production and batch-related documentation accurately.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Identify equipment/process issues and immediately report discrepancies to the Supervisor/Lead.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, leads and other teams to resolve production issues.

Job Summary

We are looking for Manufacturing Operators to join our manufacturing operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, following SOPs and safety procedures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per SOPs and work instructions.
  • Follow safety policies, GMP and GDP practices.
  • Maintain cleanroom/dry room standards and housekeeping.
  • Complete production and batch-related documentation accurately.
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards.
  • Identify equipment/process issues and immediately report discrepancies to the Supervisor/Lead.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
  • Use tools such as microscopes, tweezers and other hand-held tools.
  • Start and complete batch runs as per production schedules.
  • Follow equipment yield and efficiency requirements.
  • Prepare and verify materials required for work orders.
  • Perform label printing and review DHRs.
  • Conduct proper shift handover/passdown.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, leads and other teams to resolve production issues.
Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma, ITI or Graduate qualification.
  • 0–2 years of experience; freshers may be considered.
  • Ability to read and understand English instructions and batch records.
  • Basic English communication and writing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Basic mathematical ability.
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Team player with willingness to support co-workers.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive hand/arm movements.
  • Ability to work with or handle chemicals/reagents as required.
