Job summary

Strings Marketing Pvt. Ltd. in Noida seeks an Assistant Manager / Executive Modern Trade to drive revenue growth across major modern trade formats and manage strategic buyer partnerships.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure optimal product assortments and favorable Terms of Trade. The role requires 2–4 years of experience and a graduation (full-time). You will build relations with key accounts like Hamleys, Crossword, DMart and Reliance Retail, while leading promotions

Qualifications

Graduation (Full-time) required.
2–4 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Accounts.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth across modern trade formats such as Hamleys, Crossword, DMart, Reliance Retail.
Develop strategic tie-ups and partnerships with buyers.
Build and manage a strong and diverse product assortment.
Negotiate and manage Terms of Trade with retail chains.
Drive same-store growth through promotions and in-store programs.
Achieve profitability targets through an effective mix of promotional and regular SKUs.
Analyze competitor activity, internal sales performance, fill rates, and ROI.
Strategically expand presence across high-performing outlets.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure timely stock availability.
Support the KAM team in achieving collective sales targets.
Build strong client relationships and manage buyer expectations.
Deliver effective presentations and negotiations with key accounts.
