Role Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for IRESOIL’s product lines, including AGRIPACK, AGRIHUB, and PROMAKTIVE, across both digital and offline channels. Daily responsibilities include coordinating promotional activities, managing social media and content creation, assisting with branding and product positioning, and tracking campaign performance using relevant analytics tools. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams to develop farmer-centric marketing materials, organize field demonstrations or events, and gather market insights to refine strategies. The Assistant Marketing Manager is also expected to maintain accurate marketing documentation, contribute ideas for new initiatives, and ensure consistent communication aligned with IRESOIL’s mission of sustainable agriculture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in marketing principles, including market research, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and channels such as social media management, content creation, and basic analytics.
• Ability to develop and deliver clear marketing communication materials, including presentations, brochures, and farmer outreach content.
• Organizational and project management skills for coordinating events, field activities, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Basic understanding of agriculture or agri-inputs; interest in sustainable farming and soil health is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, and comfort with using digital platforms for collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and farmer communities.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and travel within the region as required for marketing activities.
