Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary Range: Rs. 35000+ per Month

Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST), USA

My Care International and My Care Labs are fast-growing healthcare and business solutions companies serving clients across the United States. We specialize in lab testing services, virtual assistance, and end-to-end business process solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and digital transformation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support the marketing initiatives of My Care International and My Care Labs. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and the internal team to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, and contribute to brand building across various verticals.

Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

Support in managing paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing collateral (flyers, emails, web banners, etc.)

Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Assist in SEO, blog management, and content updates on WordPress websites

Work on email campaigns, automation tools, and CRM platforms

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, Creative) to align marketing efforts

Manage daily tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively

Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends

2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles

Proven experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, basic SEO, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)

Strong communication and project management skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable working in night shifts (PST timezone)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Good to Have:

Knowledge of healthcare/lab testing marketing is a plus

Basic design/editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or Figma)

Experience working with US-based clients or agencies
