Hyderabad is our ops HQ—your mandate is to run finance and keep a lean team thriving, while experimenting with no-code AI tools that make back-office work disappear.

What you’ll do – day-to-day

Strategy & execution – craft and ship full-funnel social plans that move strangers to booked patients.
Revenue content – build sales pages, offer reels, testimonial carousels; optimise them for CTR & conversion.
Influencers & affiliates – source, brief, and track partners; own ROI.
KPI ownership – daily dashboards for revenue, CAC, LTV, conversion-rate by channel.
Rapid A/B – hooks, captions, formats, posting cadence—double-down on winners.
Community convert – jump into DMs & comments, turn warm fans into bookings, feed FAQs back to product.
Retarget & scale – deploy Meta Pixels, align with paid-ads squad, close every loop.

You bring

3–6 yrs proven revenue-driving social media experience (global D2C, health, or wellness a plus).
Track record of hitting sales targets through content + campaign execution.
Fluent with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Canva/Figma, GA4, HubSpot/Later.
Killer copywriting & story-selling skills—can turn a symptom into a swipe-right solution.
Data-first mindset; comfort owning a number and reverse-engineering the plan.
