Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Sr. Engineer - Wind O&M to oversee safe and efficient operation of wind assets at Lahori Site, Madhya Pradesh.

You will coordinate field tasks, ensure compliance with SOPs and HSE guidelines, and drive reliability across the Renew fleet. With 5–8 years in wind O&M, you’ll work with engineering and SCM teams to support tooling, calibrations, and timely maintenance, while maintaining records and reporting through SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, safe execution of special task activities within Renew fleet.
• Coordinate tooling and fixtures with engineering & SCM for capability building.
• Maintain tools, validate certifications, calibrations, and LC fixtures.
• Review LC SOPs with HSE/engineering and implement improvements.
• Ensure HSE compliance for special tasks and update records.
• Track major components and prepare MIS reports.
• Update service orders, material issues, and SAP data.

Job Description

Designation: Sr. Engineer - Wind O & M

Location : Lahori Site, Madhya Pradesh

Experience : 5 years ~ 8 years

• 1. In the role of Ops Expert- Special Task Engineer, you will ensure the efficient and safe execution of special task activities within the Renew fleet by managing resources, maintaining compliance with SOPs and HSE regulations, and providing necessary training and documentation.
• 2. Field execution of Special activities. Coordinate with the internal team, engineering & SCM for the development of tooling and fixtures for the special task capability building.
• 3. Proactively ensure the availability of tools and tackles to carry out respective Special task jobs with validation.Certification, calibration, and maintenance of LC tools and fixtures on a periodic basis.
• 4. Review the SOPs of the LC activities, provide feedback and apply it effectively for field execution.Coordinate with the HSE and engineering team to integrate safety in LC activities SOPs.
• 5. Review the HSE requirement for special task activities.Keep records of all major components across Renew fleet and update them periodically.
• 6. Track the Major component anomalies and prepare the MIS report periodically.Document, Record, and update all special task activity data.
• 7. Timely updating of special task activities service orders, materials issues, etc in SAPTroubleshoot complicated mechanical and hydraulic system issues during the LC activities.
