Job summary

ReNew is seeking an Assistant Manager - Wind Asset Management in Ellutla, Andhra Pradesh. You will oversee daily turbine status reporting to the Zonal head and wind asset management team, ensuring 100% compliance with Integrated Management System and legal requirements.

You will drive asset performance through analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with technical teams, ensuring safety and continuous improvement across wind farms.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in wind asset management.
• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience with wind turbines and asset integrity management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily site turbine status reporting to the Zonal head and wind asset management team.
• Ensure monthly compliance: Integrated Management System and legal/statutory requirements through ReCAT – 100%.
• Zero non-compliance of statutory requirements; complete annual WTGs technical condition audit and asset verification.
• Reinforces and leads the execution of standards, standard work and OPEX processes; close punch points and resolve Power Evacuation issues for windfarms.
• Establishes collaboration with Technical Strategist, Process teams, and Asset Leaders to drive continuous improvement for asset capability.
• Shared ownership for safety, productivity, quality and cost of assigned assets.
• Ensure safety of people, processes, and equipment at all times.
