• Warehouse Operations Management: supervise inbound/outbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch per SLAs.
• Inventory Management: maintain accuracy with cycle counts and stock verification, investigate discrepancies.
• Team Management: lead supervisors and contract labor, deploy manpower, monitor attendance and productivity.
• Customer Service & SLA Management: handle escalations, ensure KPI achievement, support RCA/CAPA for deviations.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: ensure HSE standards, audits, 5S, and compliance requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: identify and drive productivity and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

Any Graduate or Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred Experience 7–10 years of warehouse/contract logistics experience. Experience in WMS, SAP, Inventory Control, and Team Handling. Exposure to B2B, Retail, Consumer or Finished Goods warehousing preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management Supervise daily inbound, outbound, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Ensure timely execution of customer orders as per agreed SLAs. Monitor throughput and productivity targets daily. Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations. Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse capacity management.
• Inventory Management Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and periodic stock verification. Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure timely closure. Monitor inventory ageing, damaged stock, and non‑moving inventory. Ensure proper system transactions in WMS/SAP.
• Team Management Lead warehouse supervisors and contract labour. Prepare manpower deployment plans and shift rosters. Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of the workforce. Conduct daily toolbox talks and team briefings. Support employee training and skill development.
• Customer Service & SLA Management Act as the first point of contact for operational escalations. Ensure order fulfilment KPIs are achieved. Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders. Support RCA and CAPA preparation for operational deviations.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with Maersk HSE standards and warehouse SOPs. Conduct safety audits and maintain 5S standards. Ensure adherence to customer compliance requirements. Report and investigate safety incidents and near misses.
• Continuous Improvement Identify process improvement opportunities. Drive productivity enhancement initiatives. Reduce operational waste, rework, and overtime. Participate in Kaizen and Lean initiatives.
