Job summary

SV Management Consultants in Pune is seeking a leader to drive Vehicle Architecture and Integration, shaping high-level vehicle strategy, concept creation, and finalising vehicle specs, with a focus on modular platform and hierarchical engineering blocks.

The candidate will oversee concept development, release planning, and engineering sign-off, leveraging PLM environments and rigorous DFMEA/DFA/DFM knowledge to guide design and validation across subsystems.

Qualifications

• Expertise in vehicle architecture and complete vehicle integration.
• Experience with NPD processes and platform modularity.
• Ability to create vehicle concepts, finalise specs, and plan engineering sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle architecture and integration across Vehicle System/Sub-System components.
• Drive vehicle concepts, specs finalisation, and cascading requirements.
• Ensure engineering sign-off and PLM configuration release.

Summary of the Role: Lead Vehicle Architecture and Vehicle Integration High-level vehicle strategy, Creating Vehicle concept, Vehicle Specs finalisations, Major aggregates Specs definition and then cascading the requirements downwards. Platform modularity, Break down the full vehicle into smaller, hierarchical engineering blocks (Vehicle System Sub-System Component),Vehicle configuration release, Engineering Signoff

Technical requirements:

• Expertise in Vehicle architecture & integration of complete Vehicle
• Expertise in NPD process
• Vehicle integration & Virtual prototyping
• Familiarity with project planning, monitoring and product release procedure
• Thorough understanding of testing activities and results interpretations
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DFA/DFM/DFS
• Knowledge of preparation of concept, design, release, proto development and testing plan
• Expertise in Engineering sign off document preparation
• Expertise in PLM environment, configuration release
