Job summary

Srinav Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Engineer Vehicle Integration Design to lead vehicle-level packaging and integration across multiple systems. You will own packaging, interface management, CAD integration, and DMU-based studies through the NPI lifecycle from KO to SOP.

The role requires collaboration with BIW, Powertrain, Chassis, Interior and Electrical teams to optimize layouts, ensure regulatory compliance and achieve cost targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD tools CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX and Creo.
• Experience with DMU reviews and 3D packaging studies.
• Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, DFM/DFA and vehicle regulations.
• Familiarity with PLM tools Teamcenter, Windchill and ENOVIA.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own vehicle-level packaging and integration activities for Engine Bay, Underbody, Cabin/Occupant Space, and Luggage/Storage Areas.
• Develop and maintain vehicle package layouts, master sections and architecture studies.
• Perform 2D packaging studies and 3D CAD integration using DMU tools.
• Define and manage interfaces between BIW, PTI, Chassis, Interior, Electrical & Electronics, and Thermal.
• Conduct packaging feasibility studies, tolerance stack-up analyses, clearance assessments, ergonomic evaluations.
• Identify and resolve packaging clashes using DMU methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to packaging targets: weight, cost, performance, manufacturability and serviceability.
• Support vehicle builds and validation phases including Prototype Builds, PV, PP and SOP readiness.
• Drive deliverables through NPI milestones KO to SOP and collaborate with suppliers.
• Prepare engineering reports, package reviews, interface documents and design release docs.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Vehicle Integration Design to lead vehicle-level packaging and integration activities across multiple vehicle systems. The role involves ownership of vehicle packaging, interface management, CAD integration, packaging feasibility studies, and ensuring successful delivery of vehicle programs throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle from Kick-Off (KO) to Start of Production (SOP).

The ideal candidate will work closely with BIW, Powertrain, Chassis, Interior, Electrical, Thermal, and Manufacturing teams to achieve optimized vehicle layouts, clash-free integration, regulatory compliance, serviceability, manufacturability, and cost targets.
