Job summary

Amara Raja Infra in Hyderabad is seeking an Assistant Manager Civil Tendering with 10 years of experience to lead tender estimation, costing, and BOQ activities for civil projects.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, prepare technical and commercial comparisons, and ensure accurate costings for EPC tenders, while driving vendor negotiations and successful project start-ups.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
• Experience with EPC and item rate tenders.
• Vendor management including negotiation and selection.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Proficiency in civil works and technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.
• Experience in attending techno-commercial meetings.
• Strong analytical skills for technical and commercial comparison.

Responsibilities

• Processing of Project Proposals, Tender Estimation & Costing for Civil works.
• Understanding customer requirements and specifications of EPC and Item rate tenders.
• Preparing the cost estimates based on the BOQ and specifications.
• Quantity take off, prepare BOQ and rate analysis for EPC tenders.
• Floating enquiries, calling for vendor quotes, vendor offer evaluation.
• Attending techno-commercial meeting for civil work with the customer, consultant & PMC.
• Preparing technical & commercial comparisons for various items.
• Vendor negotiation & selection.
• Arrange for internal kickoff meeting after award of job.
• Effective communication with the project team in the execution of the project.
• Coordination with MEP team for costing
• Technical discussion with clients
