Overview
Monitor projects and all tasks on an ongoing basis, evaluate progress and quality. Manage issue resolution process and raise issues/risks as necessary. Ensure work type and process compliance and quality audit governance. Create and govern effective processes and work closely with stakeholders. Prepare management reports as required. Manage multiple GACs tasks assigned. Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly calls with the client. Team and queue management. Ensure all tasks are completed on time as per client requests.

Requirements

Skill set
- Good understanding of US Insurance
- Any certification will be preferred (like LOMA etc)
- Experience in managing intra-team management and coaching skills
- Excellent understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and document creation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate and articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to leadership/stakeholders (via weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports)
- Strong governance-related reporting abilities
