Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional in Delhi to lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with department heads to forecast manpower, build pipelines across portals, social media, referrals, and consultants, and conduct competency-based interviews.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
• Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely closures.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.
