Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Lead to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in Delhi. You will partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and build robust candidate pipelines across portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.

You will conduct competency-based interviews, drive employer branding, and monitor recruitment metrics to ensure timely closures. Experience in bulk and lateral hiring, plus proficiency with ATS, Excel dashboards, and MIS

Qualifications

• Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• Experience: 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
• Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.
