Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a fast-growing design-focused environment. You will partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and lead campus hiring, internships, and bulk drives, while driving employer branding to attract top talent.

The role requires strong sourcing skills across portals and social media, competency-based interviewing, and a data-driven approach to improve time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
• Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to forecast and plan manpower requirements.
• Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and headhunting) to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with organizational values and role requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely closures.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.
