Job summary

R2R Consults is hiring for an experienced recruitment professional in Mumbai to manage end-to-end hiring for Retail, Manufacturing, Sales, and more. You will source candidates via portals and referrals, coordinate interview rounds, and drive offers with timely onboarding.

In this role you will optimize interview scheduling, lead bulk walk-in drives, and oversee 10–15 staffing agencies while maintaining weekly MIS dashboards and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment across Retail, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Admin, QSR, Facility roles.
• Sourcing via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, walk-ins, college tie-ups for blue/grey collar + mid-management.
• Screening & Interviews: Coordinate F2F/virtual rounds with Hiring Managers. Conduct competency + culture fit rounds.
• Offer & Closure: Salary negotiation, offer release, background checks, onboarding coordination. Target: 7-15 day TAT for junior roles.
• Walk-in Drives: Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for Store Staff, Production, Warehouse across Mumbai/India.
• Vendor Management: Empanel, track, and manage 10 to 15 staffing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle hiring for multiple verticals and locations.
• Coordinate F2F/virtual rounds with Hiring Managers and conduct competency assessments.
• Salary negotiation, offer release, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for Store Staff, Production, Warehouse.
• Manage 10–15 staffing agencies and monitor vendor performance (TAT, quality).
• Maintain weekly MIS dashboards for open positions, pipeline, and cost-per-hire.
• Streamline interview scheduling, offer processes, and onboarding to reduce dropouts.
• Support employer branding activities for careers page and campus outreach.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Vendor Management: Empanel, track, and manage 10 to 15 staffing agencies. Negotiate commercials 6.5 to 8.33%. Monitor TAT + quality.
• MIS & Reporting: Weekly dashboards for open positions, pipeline, closure ratio, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness for leadership.
• Process Improvement: Streamline interview scheduling, offer process, BDV, onboarding to reduce dropouts.
• Employer Branding: Support company careers page, campus outreach, job portal JD optimization.
• Compliance: Ensure hiring as per labor laws, company policies, BG check norms, diversity targets.
