Job summary

R2R Consults in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to manage full lifecycle hiring across Retail, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain. You will source through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus tie-ups to build a strong pipeline for blue/grey collar to mid-management roles.

You will coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, conduct competency and culture-fit rounds, and drive offers with timely closure.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own full lifecycle hiring for Retail, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Admin, QSR, Facility roles
• Sourcing: Build pipeline via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agency partners, walk-ins, college tie-ups for blue/grey collar + mid-management
• Screening & Interviews: Coordinate F2F/virtual rounds with Hiring Managers. Conduct competency + culture fit rounds
• Offer & Closure: Salary negotiation, offer release, background checks, onboarding coordination. Target: 7-15 day TAT for junior roles
• Walk-in Drives: Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for Store Staff, Production, Warehouse across Mumbai/India

Operations + Process 30%

• Vendor Management: Empanel, track, and manage 10 to 15 staffing agencies. Negotiate commercials 6.5 to 8.33%. Monitor TAT + quality.
• MIS & Reporting: Weekly dashboards for open positions, pipeline, closure ratio, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness for leadership.
• Process Improvement: Streamline interview scheduling, offer process, BDV, onboarding to reduce dropouts.
• Employer Branding: Support company careers page, campus outreach, job portal JD optimization.
• Compliance: Ensure hiring as per labor laws, company policies, BG check norms, diversity targets.
