Position Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM till 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse digital marketing roles such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Creative, Client Servicing, Brand Strategy, Content, Web Development, and more.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and build effective digital hiring strategies.
• Source and attract top talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, communities, employee referrals, and creative sourcing methods.

Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future marketing, creative, and tech requirements.

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, role evolutions, and competitor hiring patterns.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with organisational processes and employment guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:
