Job summary

Hiring Tag in Sector 49, Gurugram, is seeking an Assistant Manager - Client Acquisition & Talent Acquisition. Immediate joining and work from office in Gurugram. Responsibilities include acquiring clients, leading recruitment campaigns, conducting meetings and closing placements.

The role offers performance incentives and exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition within a fast-growing startup. The candidate should have recruitment agency or staffing consultancy experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation and recruitment closures.
• Self-driven, accountable and comfortable in a target-oriented startup environment.
• Must be based in Gurugram or willing to relocate immediately.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new clients for recruitment services.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, present proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline with regular follow-ups.
• Understand hiring mandates and manage recruitment from sourcing through successful joining.
• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates across functions and industries.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and manage offer-to-joining follow-ups.
• Achieve defined client acquisition, revenue and recruitment closure targets.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, client records and recruitment trackers.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify repeat-business opportunities.

• 5. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.


• 6. Self-driven, accountable and comfortable working in a target-oriented startup environment.


• 7. Must be based in Gurugram or willing to relocate immediately.


• 8. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
