Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Assistant Manager for Retail Recruitment. You will lead a team of recruiters, oversee end-to-end hiring, and partner with store and regional leaders to meet growth goals.

The role requires 5-8+ years in recruiting, strong communication, and data analytics to optimize hiring in a fast-paced retail environment. Travel across Gujarat, Mumbai, MP, and Chhattisgarh is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in recruiting and bulk hiring in retail or relevant industry.
• Managed a team, providing coaching and mentoring to foster individual and team success.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions individually along with managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strategic partnerships with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

In Our Next Chapter We are seeking a highly motivated senior professional to join our Retail TA team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, from entry-level to senior management positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
