Lenskart is actively expanding its recruiting footprint in India, seeking a proactive recruiter to support its retail teams. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring strong candidate fit and timely closures in a high-demand environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, have at least 1+ years in recruitment, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including referrals, social networks, alumni, headhunting, and passive sourcing.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for our retail business.
• Ensure 95% manning capacity at all times.
• Build partnerships with the business to understand needs and deliver as per SLA.
• Develop and manage competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for role and culture.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communications.
• Manage offers and drive closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
• To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business

To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times

• Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLA’s
• Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
• Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
