We are looking at hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Sourcing wherein the incumbent will be responsible for sourcing international leads for our projects in Pune West.

Specifics of the role-

• 1. Responsible for meeting the sales target.
• 2. Responsible for sourcing of international leads through assigned Channel partners for the projects in Pune East & West. Ensure closures of the international leads generated thereby contributing to the channel revenue.
• 3. Achieve the channel's revenue and profitability quotas through various initiatives.
• 4.Responsible for delivering top class customer experience at the point of sale thus enhancing customer satisfaction.
• 5.Thorough understanding of the product portfolio. Understanding customer requirements to pitch in suitable product.
• 6.Analyse the current channel trends & suggest suitable course of action.
• 7.Building good long term relationships with the existing customers to generate the revenue.
• 8.Process adherence.

We are looking for candidates with strong negotiation & closing skills in Sales. Candidates should be presentable with excellent communication skills. Should have exposure to Salesforce, SAP platforms.
