KONE India is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, manage and control field service operations across assigned sites in the Thane region. You will be the first point of contact for technicians and customers, ensuring safety, performance and service quality.

The role includes driving service repairs sales, managing costs, coordinating technician scheduling, and supporting contract terms with the sales team. Strong leadership and customer-focused skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management: ensure customer satisfaction and precise communication.

• Sales and revenue: accountability for callouts, service repairs sales and lead quality.
• People management: supervise technicians, scheduling, performance objectives and payroll validation.
• Safety and compliance: ensure end-user, site and technician safety and regulatory adherence.
• Operational control: manage field costs, CMII, inventory, and third-party inspection follow-ups.
• Contract alignment: validate service contract terms with the salesperson and support foreign equipment.

He is the first point of contact for his technicians. He is also the first point of contact for all technical or operational issues raised by any customer whose equipments he has been assigned.
