Job summary

Enpay Transformer Components invites a seasoned sales professional with 5 to 10 years in sales & marketing, preferably in transformer components or electrical product manufacturing, to join our team in Gujarat. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, develop strategies, and coordinate with export operations.

The role requires travel, strong analytics, and leadership to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in transformer components or related industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in computers; knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Willingness to travel and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals and targets.
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle from cold calls to deal closure.
• Generate timely sales reports and assist in revenue forecasting.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify new sales opportunities.
• Determine pricing schedules and review records to project profitability.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services.
• Maintain export correspondence, bid requests, credit collections, and stay updated on tariffs and licenses.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service promptly.
• Oversee and coordinate sales/service accounting, records, and shipping/receiving.
• Represent the company at trade associations and industry events.
