Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Maharashtra seeks a Procurement & Planning professional to drive material procurement and planning for casting/forging components across engine, transmission, and axle families.

You will use DBM, LTP and MRP IT tools to align material requirements with supplier capacity, manage inventory, and lead EN process change management while identifying cost savings in packaging, materials and logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• BE in Mechanical / Production / Automobile.

Responsibilities

• Procure and plan materials for casting/forging parts across engine, transmission, axle, and foundry.
• Utilize IT tools DBM, LTP, and MRP for planning and control.
• Coordinate supplier capacity planning and escalate gaps promptly.
• Manage inventory to optimize stock levels.
• Lead change management within EN processes.
• Identify cost savings in packaging, materials, and logistics.
• Coordinate packaging and logistics savings for the department.
